2 pounds asparagus, tough ends broken off
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup Lucini® Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil®
2 tablespoons Lucini® 10 Year Gran Riserva Balsamico
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Mix together lemon juice, Lucini® Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil®, Lucini® Gran Riserva Balsamico, salt and pepper.
Add trimmed asparagus to marinade.
Let set at room temperature for 1 or more hours.
Heat grill to high. Put asparagus on grill cooking until it becomes flexible and lightly blackened.
