A Simple yet Delicious Dish

The great thing about this recipe is that it’s incredibly easy and quick to make. In less than 20 minutes – and with the help of our infused olive oil – you’ll have an excellent complementary side dish to any main course. Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus, rinsed and tough ends removed
  • 2 tablespoons Lucini® Delicate Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Sea Salt
  • 1/2 ounce Organic Parmigiano Reggiano

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 500˚F.

Toss the asparagus in a large bowl with the Lucini® Delicate Lemon extra virgin olive oil and sea salt to taste.

Arrange the asparagus flat in a small roasting pan and roast them for 7-8 minutes or just until tender.

Shave the cheese over the asparagus and return it to the oven for two minutes more, or until the cheese melts.

Serve Immediately.
