2 New York Strip Steaks, about 8 ounces each
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup Lucini® Fig and Walnut Savory Balsamic Artisan Vinaigrette
2 ounces of high-quality Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
Season steak on both sides with salt and pepper. Massage in seasoning.
Using about two tablespoons of vinaigrette per steak, pour the dressing over the steak and massage the meat.
Allow steak to rest for 20 minutes.
Grill to preferred doneness and top with crumbled Gorgonzola to serve.
