2 lbs total of Ground Pork, Veal and Chuck
1 cup of breadcrumbs
¾ cup grated Parmesan
½ cup milk
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, minced
1 lb Delverde® Spaghetti
1 jar Lucini® Tuscan Marinara with Roasted Garlic
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the above ingredients, aside from the spaghetti and sauce, in a large bowl, using your hands. Once combined, form 12 meatballs and placed on a deep dish baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, until they are slightly browned.
Meanwhile, simmer the sauce in a large saucepot. Carefully place the browned meatballs in the sauce and simmer on low for at least an hour, stirring occasionally.
Prepare the spaghetti according to the package directions and cook until al dente.
Pour the prepared pasta in a large serving dish. Top with sauce and meatballs.
