A hearty meal with a spicy kick.

3 pounds flank steak
2 teaspoons Kosher salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons dried marjoram
1 tablespoon Lucini® Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil®
1 jar Lucini® Spicy Tuscan Tomato Sauce
Oil and heat grill until very hot. Place the steak in a 9×13 baking dish.
Combine the salt, brown sugar and dried herbs and mix well (this is the brown sugar rub). Rub the steak with all of the brown sugar rub.
When the grill is very hot (gauge this by not being able to place your hand over the heat for more than 3 seconds), place the steak on the grill. Cook until about medium rare about 6-7 minutes depending on the thickness of the steak. Remove from the grill and allow to rest about 3 minutes.
While the steak is resting, heat the sauce.
Cut the steak on angle very thin and place on tray. Top the steak with the warm sauce. Serve immediately.
