2 large organic eggs
1/4 jar of Lucini® Tuscan Marinara with Roasted Garlic Sauce
2 thick slices of Tuscan bread, toasted
Garlic clove (optional)
Lucini® Tuscan Basil Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and fresh cracked black pepper
Preheat oven to 400˚F. In an ovenproof sauté pan over medium, heat up the marinara sauce and make sure not to boil. Cracking one egg at a time, gently slide into the sauce being careful to keep the yolk whole. Transfer pan to the oven and let bake until the whites set but the yolks are still runny (about 3-minutes).
Meanwhile toast 2 thick slices of bread and gently rub with half of a garlic clove (optional). Transfer the eggs and sauce to the bread. Drizzle with basil olive oil and garnish with fresh basil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with love.
