Garlic Chive & Dill Pistou

Recipe Summary

Makes about 1 cup.


About 1/2 cup fresh dill or parsley
About 1/2 cup chopped fresh garlic chives
1/4-1/3 cup Lucini® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon Lucini® Pinot Grigio Italian White Wine Vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
