1 pouch (250g) Lucini® Traditional Cinque e Cinque
3 cups water
3 tbsp Lucini® Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil®
2 tsp kosher salt
3/4 cup Lucini Organic Parmigiano Reggiano, shaved
Prepare the Cinque é Cinque mix according to the directions on the package, but use a very large baking sheet or two smaller pans so only a thin layer of batter covers the bottom of the pan (if the batter is too thick in the pan, the flatbreads will not crisp up).
When flatbread is becoming crisp and golden brown, after approximately 10 minutes of baking, remove pan from oven. Top with the Parmigiano Reggiano and return to oven for 5 minutes, remembering to vent the door.
Remove from oven when fully crisp and golden brown. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
