Ingredients
1 tablespoon Lucini® 10-year Gran Riserva Balsamico
3 tablespoons Lucini® Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil®
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 pinch of fresh pepper, to taste
Instructions
Place the Lucini® Gran Riserva Balsamico, the salt and the pepper in a small bowl. Mix with a fork until the salt is completely dissolved, then add the Lucini® Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil® and beat to form a fairly thick emulsion.
