Fiery Chili and Shallot Deviled Eggs

12 hard-boiled eggs
2 tsp dijon mustard
1/3 cup high-quality mayonnaise
1 tbsp minced shallot
2 tbsp Lucini® Fiery Chili Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut in half, lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Set the egg white halves aside.
Using a fork, mash up the egg yolks and add mustard, mayonnaise, onion, chili oil, paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper. Adjust seasonings to your taste. Spoon egg yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
