Zucchini Slaw with Delicate Cucumber Shallot

5 cups zucchini, finely shredded
1 small red onion, julienne
¾ cup Lucini® Delicate Cucumber Shallot Dressing
Salt and black pepper


To make the slaw, combine the zucchini, onion, and dressing and toss well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve cold.
