Asparagi al Forno

1 pound asparagus, rinsed and tough ends removed
2 tablespoons Lucini® Delicate Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 ounce Organic Parmigiano Reggiano
Preheat the oven to 500˚F.
Toss the asparagus in a large bowl with the Lucini® Delicate Lemon extra virgin olive oil and sea salt to taste.
Arrange the asparagus flat in a small roasting pan and roast them for 7-8 minutes or just until tender.
Shave the cheese over the asparagus and return it to the oven for two minutes more, or until the cheese melts.
