Roasted Pork Loin with Fig & Walnut Glaze

Ingredients
3 lbs boneless Pork Loin
½ cup Lucini® Fig & Walnut Savory Balsamic
2 tbsp honey
Salt and black pepper
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 425°. Season the pork with salt and pepper. Place on a sheet pan and roast in the oven 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the dressing and honey. After 15 minutes, lower the heat to 300° and begin to baste the pork about every 10 minutes. Cook about 20-25 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 140°. Remove from oven and allow to rest 5 minutes before slicing.
