Lucini Italia Corporate Headquarters Achieves LEED Silver Status
MIAMI, FL (August 23, 2011) – Lucini Italia is proud to announce LEED Silver for Commercial Interiors certification for its new Miami-based corporate headquarters. Located in the Four Seasons Office Tower, the 3,500 square foot Lucini office is the only LEED certified space in the 70-floor building.
Lucini implemented numerous sustainable practices during the office renovation, including construction waste recycling, using only low volatile organic compound paints, choosing sustainable coconut flooring and custom Italian cabinetry made using only recycled post consumer waste materials. The Lucini office operates on 100% Energy Star certified appliances, low-flow plumbing features and motion-sensitive lighting fixtures.
The office features a full kitchen, a lobby with coffee bar to entertain guests and a large conference room for web-based conferences and meetings. Employees enjoy a refreshing work environment with floor to ceiling views of Biscayne Bay.
